生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法收集来我院就诊接受生物基因免疫重塑疗法治疗的复发性尖锐湿疣患者132例作为生物基因免疫重塑疗法组,纳入同时期接受光动力治疗的患者108例作为对照组,比较两组间疗效、复发率差异。结果生物基因免疫重塑疗法组的治愈率和有效率均高于对照组,复发率则低于对照组,P<0.05。结论生物基因疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效好,复发率低,同时适用于普通疣体和巨大疣体的治疗。 Objective To analyze the effect of biological gene immune remodeling therapy in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods132 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum who were treated with biological gene immune remodeling therapy in in our hospital were selected as the biological gene immune remodeling therapy group, 108 patients who were treated were with photodynamic therapy at the same time were selected as the control group, then the effect and recurrence rates of two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and efifciency rate of biological gene immune remodeling therapy group were higher than those of control group, the recurrence rates was signiifcantly lower than that of control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The effect of biological gene immune remodeling therapy in the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum is better, and its recurrence rate is lower, then it is suitable for the treatment of common and huge wart body.
