红蓝光联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Red Blue Light Combined With Compound Vitamin A Gel in the Treatment of Acne

目的探讨红蓝光联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2013年6月～2014年6月我院门诊收治的160例痤疮患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各80例,对照组每日给予复方维A酸凝胶外用,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予红蓝光交替照射进行治疗,两组均治疗2个月后,观察临床治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论红蓝光联合复方维A酸凝胶治疗痤疮,临床效果显著,不良反应较轻。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of red blue light combined with compound vitamin A acid gel in the treatment of acne. Methods160 cases of acne patients admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group June 2013～ June 2014, 80 cases each. Control group were given vitamin A compound acid gel, while treatment group received red and blue light alternate irradiation. Both groups were treated for two months and observed. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Red and blue light combined with compound vitamin A acid gel in the treatment of acne has obvious clinical effect and mild adverse reactions.
