摘要
目的研究分析缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月我院收治高血压合并2型糖尿病患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并2型糖尿病疗效确切,能够显著降低血压和血糖,缓解病情。
Objective To study the effect of valsartan and amlodipine treatment of hypertension and clinical effect of type 2 diabetes.Methods 92 cases of patients from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, each of 46 cases. The control group was received valsartan treatment, the treatment group was received valsartan and amlodipine treatment. Compared two groups of clinical efifcacy.Results The treatment group was better than the control group, there was statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. After treatment treatment group systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose and postprandial 2 h plasma glucose were signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Valsartan amlodipine treatment of hypertension with type 2 diabetes is effective, can signiifcantly lower blood pressure and blood sugar, alleviate the condition.
