两种不同方法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床效果比较研究

Comparative Study of the Clinical Effect for Two Different Methods in the Treatment of Adolescent Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探究临床有效治疗青春期功能性子宫出血可靠方法。方法选取我院接诊的青春期功能性子宫出血患者78例,分成研究组(雌孕激素复合剂和雌激素联合治疗)和对照组(单纯雌激素治疗),每组患者39例。比较两组患者相关的临床指标。结果 (1)研究组患者的控制出血时间、完全止血时间和平均输血量等3项指标均低于对照组;(2)研究组患者的治疗失败率低于对照组。结论采用雌孕激素复合剂和雌激素治疗方法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床比较优势明显。

Objective To explore the clinical effective and reliable method for the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 78 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital were chosen, they were divided into the study group （given with mixtures of estrogen and progesterone and estrogen combination therapy） and the control group （given with traditional estrogen therapy alone）, and 39 cases in each group. The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results （1） The control bleeding time, complete hemostasis time, average amount of blood transfusion three indicators in the study group were signiifcantly lower than the control group. （2） The treatment failure rate in the study group was lower than the control group.Conclusion The clinical comparative advantage of mixtures of estrogen and progesterone and estrogen combination therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding is obvious.
