基于扭转模型的行星轮轴承接触力频谱特性

摘要 建立了汇流行星排纯扭转动力学模型。综合考虑了平均啮合刚度、齿侧间隙、齿轮综合啮合误差、啮合阻尼以及行星轮轴承支承刚度等因素。分析了不同行星轮轴承刚度下行星轮轴承接触力频谱特性,发现行星轮轴承刚度减小时,接触力频谱出现比较明显的调制现象。 In this paper,the torsional dynamic modeling of conflux planetary gear mechanism is created,considering such parameters as time varying meshing stiffness,tooth backlash,mesh error and meshing damping,stiffness of bearing support of the pinions. The frequency spectrum characteristics of contact force for pinions bearing are analyzed with different bearing stiffness. With the bearing stiffness decreasing,obvious modulation phenomenon appears.
