摘要
液力偶合器是一种应用十分广泛的通用传动元件。具有改善起动性能、过载保护等特性。将液力偶合器的几种常用特性曲线与电机的特性联系起来,分别介绍了液力偶合器与电机及液力偶合器与工作机共同工作的匹配原则,并在此基础上着重分析了液力偶合器与电机及工作机联合工作的起动过程、联合工作起动时间的计算及联合工作时偶合器输出力矩随时间变化的时间历程曲线。分析结果对液力偶合器的选型及与电机及工作机的合理匹配具有借鉴意义。
Hydrodynamic coupling is a widely employed transmission component. It has the characteristics of improving starting performance and overload protection. Based on the relationship of several kinds of performance curve of hydrodynamic coupling and the characteristics of electrical machinery,this paper introduces the matching principle of hydrodynamic coupling working together with electrical machinery and working machine separately,and analyzes emphatically the starting course of the hydrodynamic coupling working together with the electrical machinery and working machine,calculates the starting time and the hydrodynamic coupling time history curve of output torque. The result provides reference for the type-selecting of hydrodynamic coupling and rational matching of hydrodynamic fluid coupling working together with electrical machinery and working machine.
