单硝酸异山梨酯片联合中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Isosorbide Mononitrate Combined With Chinese Medicine for Treating Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析观察单硝酸异山梨酯片联合中药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法 30例对照组常规单硝酸异山梨酯片治疗,30例研究组单硝酸异山梨酯片联合中药治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率70.0%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论冠心病心绞痛单硝酸异山梨酯片联合中药治疗,临床疗效更好。

Objective To observe the effect of isosorbide mononitrate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 30 cases in the control group conventional isosorbide dinitrate tablets in the treatment, 30 cases of the study group isosorbide mononitrate dinitrate tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine, clinical outcomes were compared.Results Study group the total effective rate was 93.3% in the control group, the total efficiency of 70.0%, a significant differenceP〈0.05.Conclusion Angina isosorbide dinitrate tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine, better clinical efifcacy.
