快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果观察

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients With Gastric Cancer

目的研究快速康复外科理念应用于胃癌围术期之中的效果。方法选取我院自2014年7月～2015年7月的胃癌患者68例,所有患者均已知晓研究内容,并同意配合研究。按照入院的先后顺序将68例患者平均分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,对两组患者行普通的护理方法。对对照组患者行围术期普通护理干预方法,观察组在对照组基础之上,加以快速康复外科理念,观察两组患者的治疗效果和并发症的发生率。结果通过护理干预,观察组患者的治疗效果较佳,对照组患者的治疗效果相对较低,两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的术后并发症发生率低于对照组,两组对比的结果差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在胃癌手术患者的围术期对其进行快速康复理念教育能够有效提升其治疗效果,并减少手术并发症的发生率,并对患者预后有着良好的作用。

Objective To study the rapid rehabilitation concept in gastric cancer perioperative surgical effect.Methods68 cases of gastric cancer patients were chosen in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015, all patients have been known the research content, and agree to cooperate to study. According to the order of admission to 68 patients were divided into two groups, observation group and control group, respectively, for two groups of patients with normal nursing methods. To ordinary control group patients perioperative nursing intervention method, observation group in the control group, based on rapid rehabilitation surgery concept, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and the incidence of complications.Results Through nursing intervention, the curative effect of observation group patients better, the treatment of patients with the control effect is relatively low, clear difference of two groups of contrast, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Incidence of postoperative complications in patients with observation group was obviously lower than the control group, two groups of the results of the comparison difference to be markedly, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionSurgery for gastric cancer patients perioperative of rapid rehabilitation concept education can effectively improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of complications, and the prognosis of patients with good effect.
