摘要
以中高碳碳素钢为研究对象,研究了奥氏体化温度与盐浴等温温度对珠光体组织及其性能的影响,试验进行了微观组织观察与统计,力学性能测试与断口观察。结果表明珠光体片间距随等温温度下降而细化,在相同等温温度下细晶粒钢中先共析铁素体含量高于粗晶粒钢,珠光体钢的强度指标主要取决于珠光体的片层间距,而原奥氏体晶粒大小与先共析铁素含量对其塑性指标的影响比较明显。
High carbon steel was employed in this study. The effect of austenitizing temperature and bath isothermal temperature on the pearlitic microstructure and properties were investigated. And the microstructure was observed and counted,mechanics properties were tested and fractures were observed. The results show that the interlamellar spacing of pearlitic structure is refined with the decreasing of the isothermal temperature. At the same isothermal temperature,the amount of proeutectoid ferrite in fine grained steel is more than the coarse- grained one. The strength of pearlitic steel is determined by the interlamellar spacing of pearlitic structure,and plasticity index is influenced distinctly by austenite grain size and proeutectoid ferrite content.
