摘要
以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)及玻璃纤维(GF)为主要原料,分别以PBT、PC、PMMA及相关相容剂为辅助原料,通过熔融共混的方法制备了几种高光玻纤增强ABS材料,研究了他们的力学性能、界面粘结的影响。结果表明:随玻纤质量分数的增加,高光玻纤增强ABS材料的拉伸强度随之增加,冲击强度,光泽度随之下降,但玻纤质量分数的变化对零件的光泽度的影响不是太大;界面相容剂的接枝率对玻纤增强ABS高光材料的力学性能有较大影响,一般来讲,接枝率高些,则力学性能好些。
With acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer( ABS) and glass fiber( GF) as the main raw material,and PBT,PC,PMMA and compatibilizer as auxiliary materials,several types of high optical fiber reinforced ABS composite were prepared through melt blending,then the influence of their mechanical properties and interfacial bond were explored. The results show that: with the increase of the mass fraction of the glass fiber,the tensile strength of high optical glass fiber reinforced ABS material increases,while its impact strength and glossiness decrease. However,the change of the gloss fiber glass' mass fraction doesn't have significant influence on the glossiness of the components. Moreover,the interfacial compatibilizer's grafting ratio has great impact on the mechanical properties of the high light glass fiber reinforced ABS materials,generally,the higher is the grafting ratio,the better are the mechanical properties.
