介入治疗原发性肝癌患者临床护理分析

Analysis of Clinical Care of Patients With Primary Interventional Treatment

目的对介入治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床护理措施进行分析研究。方法选取2013年2月～2015年7月在我院接受介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者59例,将患者随机分为常规护理组（28例）和综合干预组（31例）进行对照研究,观察常规护理和综合护理干预的效果并比较。结果综合干预组患者的并发症发生率为12.9%,低于常规护理组患者的32.1%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预在介入治疗原发性肝癌患者中具有显著的临床应用价值,能够对并发症进行有效的防护,对提高治疗效果以及延长患者的生存时间具有十分重要的临床作用和意义。

Objective The clinical nursing interventional treatment of primary liver cancer patients were analyzed.Methods59 cases of primary liver cancer, the patients were randomly divided into routine care group （28 cases） and integrated intervention group （31 patients） controlled study in February 2013 ～ July 2015 in our hospital, the observed effect of conventional care and integrated care intervention and compared. ResultsComplications occurred comprehensive intervention patients was 12.9%, signiifcantly lower than 32.1% in the usual care group were significant difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in interventional therapy has signiifcant clinical value in patients with primary liver cancer, can be effective protection against complications, clinical role and is very important to improve the therapeutic effect and prolong survival time of patients.
