研究整体护理在行甲状腺手术患者中的护理有效性

To Study the Effectiveness of Nursing Care in Patients With Thyroid Surgery

目的对甲状腺手术患者实施整体护理,观察整体护理对甲状腺手术患者的临床护理效果。方法随机抽取于本院接受甲状腺手术治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,按照患者的意愿进行分组,将接受常规护理的50例患者划分到对照组,将接受整体护理的50例患者划分到观察组,对比这两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组甲状腺手术患者的平均住院时间要比对照组患者短,且观察组患者对医护人员护理工作的满意度要高于对照组患者。结论对甲状腺手术患者实施整体护理,能够帮助患者缩短住院治疗时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To implement the overall nursing patients with thyroid surgery, observation of the whole clinical nursing effect of nursing patients with thyroid surgery.Methods100 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were chosen in our hospital as the research object, according to the patient＇s willingness to group, will accept the routine nursing of 50 patients into control group, will accept the whole nursing of 50 patients were divided into the observation group, compared the two groups of patients clinical nursing effect.Results The observation group of thyroid surgery patients the average length of hospital stay, shorter than the control group patients, and the observation group patients to medical personnel of nursing work satisfaction is higher than the control group patients.Conclusion The implementation of overall nursing patients with thyroid surgery, can help patients to shorten hospitalization time, improve patient satisfaction to nursing work.
