摘要
目的探讨PDA在住院患者身份识别安全管理中的促进作用。方法将PDA便捷、智能、安全性应用于住院患者身份识别的重点环节,优化责任制护理,缩短护理工作耗时,提高患者满意度,满足护理人员职业安全期望。结果利用PDA对住院患者进行身份识别,提高了护患双方的安全意识,促进临床护士对身份识别的严谨执行,使住院患者的身份识别有形化、具体化,确保了护理安全,同时有效促进医院数字化安全管理的发展。结论通过PDA技术的有效运用,将护理安全管理带入有序、规范、科学、主动、体系化发展,让护士最大限度地享受数字化管理带来的便利,这将是护理安全管理发展的必然趋势。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of PDA in promoting the security management of hospitalized patient identification.Methods Inpatients with PDA accessible, smart, security, to identification of key links, optimize primary nursing, nursing job in reducing time-consuming, increase patient satisfaction, meet the nurses ＇ occupational safety expectations.ResultsThe use of PDA for hospital patients for identiifcation, raise the safety awareness of both sides of nurses and patients, promote rigorous implementation of the identification in the clinical nurse, hospitalized patients with identiifcation of tangible, concrete, ensure safety in nursing, while effectively promoting the development of digital hospital and safety management.ConclusionThe effective use of PDA technology, nursing safety management into order, regulation, science, active, system development, nurses enjoy the convenience of digital management, which is the inevitable trend of the development of nursing safety management.
