摘要
目的对老年急性心肌梗死患者的舒适护理体会进行分析。方法选取2014年7月～2015年7月在我院接受急性心肌梗死的85例老年患者,随机分为对照组和观察组分别为42例和43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对老年急性心肌梗死患者进行舒适护理,能够提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective Comfort Nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were analyzed.Methods 85 cases of acute myocardial infarction in elderly patients were randomly in July 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital, divided into control group and observation group 42 cases and 43 cases in the control group received routine care, observation group were comfortable care, compared two groups of patient care satisfaction. Results The observation group were signiifcantly higher satisfaction with care, significant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction were comfort care can improve patient care satisfaction.
