老年高血压患者的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience on Elderly Patients of Hypertension

目的分析老年高血压患者临床护理方法与实施效果。方法研究对象选取2014年7月～2015年7月本院老年高血压患者46例,依照护理模式差异分组。给予23例全面护理,入组实验组;给予余23例常规护理,入组对照组。观察比较效果。结果实验组血压改善明显,护理满意度高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论老年高血压全面护理效果佳,可有效改善血压,提高满意度。

Objective Nursing method and its effect on elderly patients of hypertension were to be studied.Methods 46 elderly patients of hypertension who are received and treated in hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 and separate them into groups according to different nursing methods, 23 patients in study group are given comprehensive nursing, while 23 patients in control group are given conventional nursing, and then compare nursing effects between two groups.Results Patients’ blood pressure in study group is improved much better than that in control group, besides, patients’ satisfaction rate in study group is higher, there is a nursing differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value （P〈0.05）.ConclusionComprehensive nursing is of efifcacy in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension, it is conducive to promoting patients’ blood pressure condition and increasing patients’ satisfaction with treatment.
