摘要 采用喷雾干燥法对藻油DHA微胶囊制备工艺进行研究,并对制得样品的包埋率进行测定,应用响应面法确定了制备藻油DHA微胶囊的最佳工艺条件及配方。所得最优制备工艺为:壁材芯材比1.3、乳状液含水量70%、进风温度160℃、出风温度70℃,产品包埋率可达到92.91%。 The the embedding rate preparation of the of obtained samp micro algae oil DHA capsule was studied by spray drying, les was measured. The response surface methodology was applied to determine the optimum condition and formulation of the preparation for the micro algae oil DHA 1.3, the air 70 ℃ capsule. The optimal preparati water content of , the embedding emulsion 70 rate of obtaine on process is as follows: ratio of wall and core material , temperature of inlet air 160 ℃, temperature of outlet d samples 92.91%.
