摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验对超声波辅助提取樟树籽油的工艺条件进行优化研究。结果表明:用石油醚作溶剂进行提取,最佳工艺条件为:提取温度为40℃、提取时间为20 min、提取功率为70 W。在此条件下樟树籽油的提取率为44.0%。
The optimization of process conditions of camphor oil extraction was studied using the ultrasoundassisted method by single - factor test and orthogonal experiments. The results show that, with petroleum ether as solvent extraction, the camphor oil is obtained with the extraction rate of 44.0% under the optimum condition of extraction temperature of 40 ℃, extraction time of 20 min, and extraction power of 70 W.
