摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(VD4)为单体,甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)为交联剂,采用种子乳液聚合方法制备聚二甲基硅氧烷乳胶粒子(PDMS)。通过凝胶含量测定确定PDMS为交联体;FTIR分析结果表明D4、VD4、MTES均参与了乳液聚合反应;通过激光粒度分析仪(DLS)测试得到PDMS乳胶粒子的平均粒径为0.34μm;TEM图片显示PDMS乳胶粒子均为圆球形态。通过溶胀、搅拌、静置等工序,破乳后的PDMS乳胶粒子能够均匀的分散于四氢呋喃(THF)溶剂中,通过DLS、TEM分析测试证明PDMS是以单个粒子形式分散于THF中的。
Octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and tetravinyl tetramethyl cyclotetrasiloxaneas (VD4) as monomer,methyl triethoxysilane ( MTES ) as erosslinking agent, polydimethylsiloxane ( PDMS )was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization method. PDMS is determined by measuring the gel content of the crosslinked; FTIR analysis indicates that of D4 and VD4, MTES are involved in the emulsion polymerization; test PDMS latex particles obtained average particle size of 0.34 ~m by laser particle size analyzer ( DLS ) ; TEM images show PDMS latex particles were ball shape. By swelling, stirring, standing and other processes, after demulsification PDMS latex particles can be evenly dispersed in tetrahydrofuran ( THF ) solvent, By DLS, TEM analysis prove that PDMS in the form of individual particles dispersed in THF.
