摘要
目的探讨围生期窒息对不同胎龄脑组织的影响。方法将96例围生期窒息新生儿(实验组)及30例正常新生儿(对照组)作为研究对象。生后24h内采集股静脉血,进行谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)检测,并对结果进行分析。结果窒息组新生儿各血清酶活性较对照组均出现不同程度升高;经统计学分析,足月儿差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),早产儿差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围生期窒息对不同胎龄的脑组织具有选择易损性。
Objective To investigate the effects on neonatal brain tissue caused of perinatal asphyxia during different gestational age. Methods 96 neonates with perinatal asphyxia(experimental group) and 30 normal cases(control group) were involved. The serum enzymes,included Aspertate aminotransferase(AST), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), α-hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase(α-HBDH), were detected within 24 h after birth in both groups. Results The activities of serum enzymes increased in experimental group compared with that in control group. The differences in the two groups were significant for term infants(P〈0.05) and not significant for preterm infants(P〉0.05). Conclusion Perinatal asphyxia results in selective vulnerability on brain tissue of different gestational age. Changes of serum enzyme activities can present different degrees of asphyxia for term infants.
