摘要
对目前常用的地沟油快速检测方法进行比较,提出液相色谱-大气压化学电离质谱(HPLC-APCIMS)分析鉴别地沟油中的氧化成分,可作为地沟油区别于正常油脂的标志成分,为快速检测地沟油提供参考。
To compare common rapid detection methods of waste oil and to analyze oxidative components in waste oil by high performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry（HPLC APCI- MS）. It can be a distinctive component of waste oil compare with normal oil which provides a reference for rapid detection of waste oil.
