摘要
目的建立测定扁枝槲寄生中齐墩果酸的RP-HPLC法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法:Sepax Sapphire C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温17℃,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.05%醋酸铵(69∶12∶21),流速0.9m L/min,检测波长:210nm。结果齐墩果酸在1.2-2.4μg范围内与峰面积成良好线性关系(R^2=0.9992),回收率为97.6%。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确、重现性好,可用于扁枝槲寄生药材及饮片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a determination method of oleanolic acid in Viscum articulatum by RPHPLC. Methods The determination was carried out by RP-HPLC: The analytical column was Sepax Sapphire C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) and the column temperature was 17 ℃, it applied with acetonitrile-methyl alcohol-0.05% ammonium acetate(69 ∶ 12 ∶ 21) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.9 m L/min, the UV detection wave length was 210 nm. Results Oleanolic acid showed a good linearity in range of 1.2-2.4μg(R^2=0.9992), the average recovery was 97.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, the result is accurate and has a good reproducibility, it can be used to quality control of viscum articulatum.
