摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在临床儿科护理带教中的应用。方法选取2011-2013年度到我科进行实习的学生共80例,分成两个小组,PBL教学法组与传统教学组,比较两组的考核理论与操作成绩。结果 PBL教学组的考核理论与操作成绩明显高于传统教学组(P〈0.05)。结论实践中PBL教学法有一定的优势,同时,实施过程中也存在一定的影响因素,需要加以改善。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of clinical pediatrics. Methods 80 students were selected and divided into two groups, the PBL teaching method and traditional teaching group, who were internships from 2011 to 2013 years. Results Evaluation score and the operation score of PBL teaching group were better than that of the traditional teaching group(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method has certain advantages, but PBL also needs improvements, because there are a few influencing factors in implementation process.
