中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效观察

Observation of curative effect about traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院诊治的霉菌性阴道炎患者106例病例资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为90.0%明显优于对照组总有效率73.9%(P<0.05)。观察组症状缓解时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者疗效较好,能快速有效缓解患者的临床症状。

Objective To explore the curative of curative effect about traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods 106 patients who were admitted to our hospital were allocated to two groups follow the treatment methods and their data from our hospital admission were analyzedretrospectively. The control group was received general treatment while the experiment group was received traditional Chinese and western medicine. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results Aftertreatment in observation group the total efficiency of 90.0% was better than the control group the total efficiency of 73.9%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The observation group symptoms time less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of fungal vaginitis curative effect is good, can quickly and efficiently relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
