痰热清注射液治疗老年下呼吸道感染疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection

目的观察痰热清注射液治疗老年轻症下呼吸道感染的效果。方法选取同期住院的老年下呼吸道感染的患者100例,随机分为治疗组50例,给予痰热清静滴,对照组50例,给予抗菌药物静滴,两组均给予间断吸氧,机械辅助排痰,观察两组症状好转时间、体温、超敏C反应蛋白(h-CRP)、白细胞(WBC)恢复时间。结果两组各指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清治疗老年轻症下呼吸道感染疗效与抗菌药物相当,对减少抗菌药物使用,减少耐药细菌产生有重要意义。

Objective To observe the effect of Tanreqing injection on senile mild lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in treatment group were given the phlegm heat quiet drop, 50 cases in the control group were given antibiotics, intravenous drip, two groups were given intermittent oxygen, mechanically assisted expectoration, observed symptom improvement time, body temperature, high sensitivity C C-reactive protein（h-CRP）, white blood cell（WBC） recovery time of the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Tanreqing and antibiotic in treatment of senile mild lower respiratory tract infection were quite, and Tanreqing injection can reduce the use of antibiotics, has important significance to reduce resistance in bacteria.
