小切口外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射液注射治疗混合痔的临床观察

目的探讨小切口外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射液注射治疗混合痔的临床效果。方法选取于2013年7月-2015年6在我院接受治疗的混合痔患者共86例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用小切口外剥内扎术。观察组在对照组基础上采用消痔灵。观察临床效果。结果观察组总有效率、术后并发症发生率及复发率,均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组痔核脱落时间、创面愈合时间,均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小切口外剥内结扎术联合消痔灵注射液治疗混合痔能够降低并发症发生率,且远期效果好,值得推广。

Conclusion Small incision inside the outer peel injection treatment of mixed hemorrhoid ligation combined Xiaozhi spirit can reduce the incidence of complications, and long-term effect is good, is worth promoting.
