优质护理在食管癌患者围手术期的应用

Application of high quality nursing in patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period

目的探讨优质护理在食管癌患者围手术期的应用作用。方法回顾性分析我院从2010年6月-2014年12月收治的70例行食管癌根治术的食管癌患者的临床资料。根据护理措施将其分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组给予围手术期常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用针对性的优质护理干预,比较两组术后住院时间、并发症的发生率和护理满意度的差异。结果观察组患者住院时间与住院费用明显少于对照组,且术后观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者对护理人员的满意度、信任度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优化护理能降低食管癌患者因手术引起的应激反应,促进患者的身体康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the applicative effect of high quality nursing on patients with esophageal carcinoma during perioperative period. Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with esophageal carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital and received radical operation on esophageal carcinoma from December 2014 to June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.They were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to nursing measures,with 35 in each.The control group was received perioperative routine nursing while patient sin the observation group was received pertinent high quality nursing intervention at the basis of routine nursing. Postoperative hospital stay,incidence of complications and satisfaction degree of nursing of two groups were compared. Results Hospitalization stay and hospitalization expenses of patients in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group.And the incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant and it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Satisfaction degree and trust degree of nursing of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was significant and it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce the stress response caused by the operation of patients with esophageal carcinoma,promote the rehabilitation and improve satisfaction degree of nursing.
