老年慢性气管炎患者治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平变化的临床意义

Clinical significance of the changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α pre and post treatment in patients with geratic chronic tracheitis

目的探讨老年慢性气管炎患者治疗前后血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平变化的临床意义。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月医院收治的30例老年慢性支气管炎患者,将这些患者作为研究组（30例）,选择正常人员作为对照组（30例）。给予两组应用放射免疫分析法,分析血清指标水平变化意义,以及治疗前后老年慢性支气管炎患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化。结果研究组经检测后,患者血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,且研究组治疗前后对比,其血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平变化明显（P〈0.05）,研究血清指标水平变化,对改善患者预后,制定治疗方案具有积极意义,在临床应用中发挥积极疗效。结论临床中,老年慢性气管炎患者治疗前后血清指标发生变化,检测临床中老年慢性气管炎患者的血清指标,根据IL-6、IL-8、IL-10、TNF-α水平变化情况,评估患者病情,制定有效治疗方案,对改善预后有重要价值,具有积极意义。

Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α pre and post treatment in patients with geratic chronic tracheitis. Methods 30 patients with geratic chronic tracheitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly selected as study group, while the other 30 normal persons were selected as control group. To analyze the clinical significance of serological changes and the changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α pre and post treatment in patients with geratic chronic tracheitis, through to apply the analytic methods of radioimmunoassay on the two groups. Results After detection, the changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α in study group were obviously higher than which in control group（P〈0.05）, while which in study groupHad obviously changes between pre and post treatment（P〈0.05）. The study of serological changes has positive significance on the improvement of prognosis and the formulation of treatment protocols, has played positive efficacy on clinical application. Conclusion To detect the serological changes of serum IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α pre and post treatment in patients with geratic chronic tracheitis the serological changes, to estimate and to observe of patients＇ clinical severity, to formulate effective treatment protocols has important value on the improvement of prognosis, has positive significance.
