摘要
通过问卷调查了解高职院校设备管理人员职业倦怠现状,分析职业倦怠成因,探求针对该群体职业倦怠问题的干预机制。提出顶层重视提高职业圈层尊严、明确岗位职责确立职业权责边际、完善考核制度拓展职业成长空间以及提供系统培训提高职业成长能力等4个主要干预措施。
In this paper,the author investigated the present situations of the job burnout of equipment management staff in vocational schools through questionnaires.The author tried to find out the determined factors and 4 proper solutions:Putting higher value on this group from the top managers,clearing job responsibilities,improving assess systems and providing systematic training.
