Application of Digitized Virtual Slice in Plant Pathology Laboratory Teaching

利用全自动显微镜扫描系统将玻璃切片制作为数字化虚拟切片,并建立数字化切片标本库。数字化虚拟切片作为传统玻璃切片的补充运用到植物病理学实验教学,使切片教学更显全面性和直观性,并使教学资源得到充分利用和整合,提高了植物病理学实验教学的教学效果。

We had made glass slice into digitized virtual slice by using automated scanning microscope system.And established digital libraries of section specimens.Digitized virtual slice as a supplement to the traditional glass slice was used in plant pathology experimental teaching,which make teaching more comprehensive sections and intuitive,and make full use of teaching resources and integration.It improves the plant pathology experimental teaching.
