摘要
针对士兵职业技能鉴定工作,分析了在军队任职院校实施职业技能鉴定的意义,总结了目前存在的主要问题,探讨了推行该制度的主要对策。
This article analyzed the importance of carrying out soldiers＇ professional skill appraisal in military academy,concluded the existing problems,discussed the main methods of pursuing this system.
