论能源动力类专业型硕士研究生实践能力培养

A Discussion on Practical Ability Training for the Professional Graduate of Energy Power

以长沙理工大学能源动力类专业型硕士研究生实践能力培养改革为例,在分析目前其培养过程中存在问题的基础上,从其课程设置体系优化、实践教学方式多样化、校企实践基地建设、导师实践能力提升、考核指标完善等方面对能源动力类专业硕士研究生实践能力的培养进行改革和完善,取得了阶段性结果,实践表明该改革有利于专业硕士创新精神和实践能力的培养。

Illustrated by the case of the practical ability training reform of Changsha University of science and technology ＂energy power＂ professional graduate students,based on the analysis of the problem in the training process,it＇s curriculum system,practice teaching mode,practice base,teachers practical ability and evaluation index have been carried out reform and improvement.The results show that the reform is conducive to the cultivation of professional master＇s innovation spirit and practice ability.
