In the implementation process of the brilliant engineers talent training,Nanjing institute of technology has adhered to the development law of higher education,given priority to comprehensive development of students,taken into account the needs of the enterprise and entered into cooperation between school and enterprise under the scientific development concept.And,the modular teaching and project teaching have been adopted,the students＇ learning effect and teaching quality have been had in mind,the culture of quality excellence engineer has been promoted.
