摘要
顶岗实习是职业院校培养专业人才过程中的重要环节之一。高职院校在顶岗实习实施方面做了积极探讨与尝试,但实施效果并不是很理想。顶岗实习的顺利实施重点在于基于校企长效顶岗实习运行机制前提下,对顶岗实习的认知、准备、体验与收获等每个阶段需要完成任务及注意事项予以针对性指导,以提高顶岗实习教学质量。
Internships are an important part of vocational colleges to train professionals in the process.Vocational college internship implementation made to actively explore and try,but the implementation of the effect is not very satisfactory.Internship focused on the smooth implementation of school-based enterprises under the premise of long-term internships operational mechanism for internships cognition,and other preparations for each stage,and harvest the experience you need to complete the task and precautions to be targeted guidance to improve internship the quality of teaching.
