基于MATLAB的共基-共集高频响应仿真与分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用EWB软件中的受控源,构建了对应于共基-共集组合放大电路的高频等效电路。组合电路、等效电路对源电压增益的EWB仿真,与MATLAB的矩阵求解最大相对误差为0.59%。EWB交流分析下的频率特性曲线、截止频率分别与MATLAB所求相一致。借助MATLAB分别做出源电压增益幅度随共基、共集组态的集电结结电容变化下的关系曲线,讨论了它们的差异;将组合电路分别退化为共基、共集电路,三者的幅频特性表明,组合电路的截止频率最低,满足多级放大器频率响应的普遍规律。 High frequency equivalent circuit of CB- CC amplifier circuit is built with the controlled source of EWB software. The maximum relative error of the source- voltage gain is less than 0. 59% between the results of EWB for combinational circuit and equivalent circuit and the ones of matrix solving with MATLAB. The frequency characteristic curve and the cutoff frequencies of AC analysis with EWB and MATLAB are the same. The relation curve of source voltage gain to capacitance of junctions of CB and CC circuit is drawn by MATLAB,respectively,and the difference between them is discussed. With making the combining circuits to common base and common collector circuits,the frequency characters of them indicate that the cutoff frequency of the combination circuit is the lowest and it satisfies the universal law of the multi- stage amplifier.
