摘要
矿用材料的性能对于矿山安全具有重要作用,而酚醛泡沫材料是其中应用广泛的一种,但酚醛泡沫材料的脆性限制了其在矿山上的应用,为了获得具有韧性的新型酚醛泡沫材料,对酚醛泡沫材料进行了改性研究。在酚醛树脂脱水阶段加入一定量的聚乙二醇,得到增韧改性后的酚醛树脂。再通过加入发泡剂、固化剂、表面活性剂发泡得到增韧的酚醛泡沫,然后测试聚乙二醇对酚醛泡沫力学性能的影响,研究得出,当聚乙二醇用量为2%并且分子量为1 000时,酚醛泡沫增韧效果达到最佳。
The performance of mine material plays an important role in work safety in mines. The phenolic foam is a kind of mine material which is used widely,but the brittleness of phenolic foam material limits its application in mines. In order to obtain a new- type phenolic foam material,the research on modified performance of phenolic foam material was conducted. Toughening phenolic resin was obtained by adding a certain amount of polyethylene glycol in phenolic resin in dewatering stage. By adding foaming agent,curing agent,surfactant foaming,the toughened phenolic foam was obtained. The influence of polyethylene glycol on mechanical performance of phenolic foam was tested. The research showed that the best dosage of polyethylene glycol is 2% and the molecular weight is 1 000.
