省级住房保障管理信息系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Provincial Housing Security Management Information System

针对省级住房保障管理的特点,将GIS技术和网络技术相结合,提出建立省市两级部署的省级住房保障管理信息系统。在充分考虑住房保障信息安全的基础上,以住房保障业务需求为导向,构建省、市、县、街道、社区五级结构的住房保障体系,为住房保障实施和综合决策分析提供技术支撑。系统成功的应用于安徽省住房保障管理项目,对加快全省住房保障信息化发展,提高住房保障管理科学化水平起到积极的作用。

Aiming at provincial housing security management features,on the combination of the GIS technology and network technology,the provincial and municipal levels housing security management information system was proposed. On the basis of housing information security,taking housing security business requirement as a guide,the five- level housing security system community structure was constructed. This information system was successfully applied to housing security management project in Anhui Province.
