摘要
研究巴西橡胶树开花调控机理是缩短橡胶树育种周期的重要研究内容。本研究通过同源克隆的方法,克隆了2个橡胶树LEAFY(简写为LFY)基因,分别命名为HbLFY1和HbLFY2。采用农杆菌介导法,将其转化野生型拟南芥和拟南芥LFY突变体,发现克隆的橡胶树LFY1和LYF2基因并不能显著促进拟南芥提早开花,也不能恢复拟南芥LFY突变体开花时间。据此推测,LFY基因可能不是调控橡胶树开花的关键基因或不能独自起作用。
Study on flowering mechanism is important for shortening the breeding cycle of rubber tree. Here,two LFY homologous genes,HbLFY1 and Hb LFY2,were cloned from Hevea brasiliensis,and then over-expressed in the Wild-type and LFY mutant Arabidopsis thaliana. Statistical results showed that the Hb LFY genes did not significantly promote early flowering in Arabidopsis,indicating that HbLFYs are not the key genes regulating flowering time of rubber tree.
