2011年9月28日,国务院颁布《关于支持河南省加快建设中原经济区的指导意见》,中原经济区正式上升为国家战略.中原经济区是中部经济发展的关键,但目前全区发展不均衡,城市竞争力是进行城市一体化研究的重要参照指标,实现整合性的一体化发展对于中原经济区的良性发展至关重要.

The Guiding Opinions on Supporting Henan to Speed up the Construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone was issued by the State Council on September 28,2011. The Central Plains economic zone officially rises to the national strategy. The Central Plains economic zone is the key to central economic development,But at the moment,the whole zone＇s development is not balanced. As the city competitiveness is an important reference index for studying urban integration,to realize the integration of integrated development is very important for the healthy development of the Central Plains economic zone.
