中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Yinxingdamo Injection in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察中药灌肠与银杏达莫注射液联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法 80例早期糖尿病肾病随机分为两组。对照组40例给予常规西医治疗,治疗组40例在西医治疗基础上给予中药灌肠和银杏达莫注射液治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组各项指标均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、血清肌酐(Cr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE)、尿素氮(BUN)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)水平都明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯西医治疗相比,中药灌肠联合银杏达莫注射液对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果更佳,可有效改善肾功能和血糖,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injection in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,40 cases of treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injection based on the control group. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 92. 50% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than that of 75% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Cr,Ccr,UAE,BUN and Hb Alc in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; two groups of patients after treatment of FPG,2 HPG levels were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）; the levels of FPG and 2h PG in the two groups were significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with western medicine,the effect of Chinese medicine enema combined with Yinxingdamo injection in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is better,it can effectively improve the renal function and blood sugar,is worthy of popularization and application.
