大学生创业意愿及影响因素与自我效能感的关联性分析——基于山西省新升本科院校大学生调查数据

An Analysis of the Connection between Entrepreneurial Intentions and Its Factors and Self-efficacy of University Students—— Based on Survey Datas of Universities in Shanxi

以山西省新升本院校运城学院大学生问卷数据为基础,实证研究大学毕业生创业意愿机理。首先运用主成分分析法对大学生创业意向影响因素进行因子分析,得出4个公因子并命名如下:创业认知因子、自我效能感因子、约束因子和组织能力因子。然后运用多元回归和相关性分析发现:一是创业意向、自我效能与四个主成分正相关性显著;二是创业意向与自我效能呈现正相关。文章最后就增强大学生创业意向路径进行讨论并提出相关建议。

Based on Students＇ questionnaire data of Yuncheng University, Empirical researched entrepreneurship intentions mechanism of university graduate. First, Using principal component analyed Students＇ Entrepreneurial Intentions factors,Drawn four common factors and named Venture cognitive factor,Self-efficacy factor,Constraint factor and Organizational capacity factor. Then, using multiple regression and correlation analysis finded Entrepreneurial intention, self-efficacy and the four main components of a significant positive correlation;Entrepreneurial intention and self-efficacy positively correlated.Finally, discussed on enhancing students start intention path.
