马克思主义自由观与当代中国政治文明建设

The Marx's View of Freedom and the Construction of Political Civilization of Contemporary China

自由主义的演变基本和人类政治文明的发展同步,深刻影响了西方的民主与法治建设,并且固化为当代西方的政治制度、政治价值导向以及公民政治意识。历史和现实都表明,自由主义在中国走不通,但是中国特色自由观的架构却有其现实意义,社会主义核心价值观中的"自由"也有其中国特性,并且必须与当代中国的主流意识形态相结合。马克思主义自由观诞生于对资本主义社会的批判,对当代中国的政府职能转变、社会自主进程、法治建设以及参政意识的革新都有重要的启示作用。

The evolution of liberalism is at the same pace with the development of human political civilization,which deeply influenced the western construction of democracy and nomocracy,and solidified in western political system,political values and the civil political consciousness. Both history and reality told us liberalism can not find its way in China,but the view of freedom with Chinese characteristic has its practical significance,the‘freedom＇appear in‘core socialist values＇ has its own Chinese characteristic and should combine with the mainstream ideology. Marxism criticizes the capitalism society,and his view of freedom will also benefit the transformation of government functions,social self- determine process,legal construction,and renovation of people＇s awareness of participating in political affairs.
