在社会主义和谐社会建设过程中,农民工是相当重要的组成部分。然而现实情况却是连农民工的劳动报酬权都经常得不到法律地有效保护。而农民工劳动报酬权的保障,关系到整个社会主义新农村建设目标能否得到顺利实现,对科学社会主义的发展以及中华民族实现繁荣富强有着十分深远的影响。因此,针对这一情况,找出现阶段我国农民工劳动报酬权保障工作所面临的困境,进而着重从法律措施方面加强对其保护力度,很有必要且意义重大。

However, the real situation is that labor payment right of peasant workers often can not be effectively protected by law. And labor payment right of peasant work- ers is related to the construction of a new socialist countryside goal, which can be realized smoothly or not, it has very far - reaching impact on the development of scientific socialism and the realization of prosperity in China. Therefore, in view of this situation, it is necessary and significant to figure out the plight of labor payment right of peasant workers at the present stage and then emphatically to strengthen its protection from the aspects of legal measures.
