当前中国正处于由传统社会向现代化社会转型的加速时期,伴随着转型和改革的不断深化,各类社会矛盾日益尖锐,基层社会治理的价值不断被凸显。加快社会治理创新是针对社会急剧变迁所带来冲击的解决途径,是实现社会主义和谐社会的重要基础。因此,结合我国社会在转型期的特点,探索创新基层社会治理的有效路径是缓解我国基层社会矛盾,促进社会全面发展的重要手段。

At present, China is in the accelerated period of transition from traditional society to modern society, along with the advancement of transformation and reform, all kinds of social contradictions are becoming increasingly acute, and the value of grassroots governance is grow- ing obvious. To speed up the innovation of social governance is the solution to the impact of so- cial changes, which is an important foundation for the realization of the socialist harmonlous so-, ciety. Therefore, according to the characteristics of social transformation in China, to explore the effective path on the innovation of social governance is to ease the contradiction of basic so- cial contradictions in China and is an important means to promote the comprehensive develop- ment of society.
