高校突发事件应急管理研究

Research on the Management of Emergent Events in Colleges and Universities

随着我国社会转型不断深化,高校突发事件呈逐年增长趋势。本文通过对突发事件分析研究,找出高校应对突发事件方面的不足,提出从改变高校应对突发事件理念模式、建立网格化体系、完善应急预案、加强教育管理工作等方面入手,提升高校在突发事件上应急管理能力。

With the deepening of social transfoTlnation in China, the emergent events in colleges and universities are increasing year by year. This paper, through the analysis and research of the emergent events, finds out the deficiency of colleges and universities to deal with the emergent e- vents, puts forward from the following aspects, such as to change concept of the emergency mode, to establish a grid system, to improve emergency plans and strengthen the education man- agement, so as to enhance colleges and universities＇ability to cope with emergent events.
