国际化人才培养目标下的大学英语教学校本改革——以中山大学南方学院为例

The Exploration of School-based English Teaching Reform Based on the Target of Cultivating Internationalized Talents

随着全球一体化和国际竞争的日趋激烈,"国际化人才培养"成为今后我国高等教育发展的一个重要方向,大学英语教育改革的必要性显得日愈明显。中山大学南方学院在大学英语教育中以"立足地方、服务区域、面向全国"为本,坚持"高起点、有特色、更开放、国际视野"的教学理念,以培养国际化的应用型人才为目标,制定并实施了符合中山大学南方学院特色的大学英语校本改革方案。

Against the background of globalization and international competition, the cultivation of international talents has become an orientation of Chinese tertiary education, triggering a growing need and necessity to reform the current college English teaching. Based on the idea of serving local economy and society, coupled with the teaching concept of high start point, dis- tinguishing feature and international vision, Nan Fang College of Sun Yat - Sen University has established and executed school - based English teaching reform so as to meet the target of cul- tivating internationalized application -oriented talents.
