从高职毕业生的就业现状入手,对高职毕业生的就业环境进行研究,试图结合高职学生的特点,通过分析现状存在的问题以及毕业生就业相关的心理原因,找到最好的解决方式,为高职毕业生顺利就业提供必要的心理指导和理论支持。

This paper starts with the current situation of higher vocational graduates＇ employ- ment, investigating employment environment for the higher vocational graduates, combining with the characteristics of higher vocational students, through the analysis of the problems exist- ing in the present situation and the psychological reasons of graduates＇ employment, find the best solution, provide psychological guidance and theoretical support for the success of higher vocational graduates＇ employment.
