外资保险公司在我国保险市场的经营现状分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation of Foreign Insurance Companies in Chinese Insurance Market

加入世界贸易组织十多年来,随着中国对外开放水平的不断提高,我国保险业发展势头强劲,逐渐取消了外资保险公司进入我国保险行业的限制。本文在对外资保险公司进入我国的基本状况以及相关原因予以阐述的基础上,通过分析外资保险公司在我国经营市场结构和市场份额等多项指标,从而寻找出其进入我国保险市场后存在的问题,最后提出外资保险公司在我国的发展策略。

We have joined the world trade organization for over a decade, with the constant im- provement of the level of Chinese open door policy, insurance industry in our country is highly developed, gradually cancelled the limitation of foreign - funded insurance companies to enter Chinese insurance industry. This paper is based on the basic situation of foreign -funded in- surance companies entering China and discussed the related reasons, through the analysis on many indicators of foreign insurance company in our country such as market structure and mar- ket share, so as to find out the problems after entering our country insurance market, and final- ly puts forward the development strategy of foreign insurance companies in our country.
