基于成组技术的正多边形棱柱铣削宏程序研究

摘要 成组技术通过提高生产柔性,解决多品种小批生产的效益问题。针对正多边形棱柱零件的相似性特征,利用成组技术和用户宏程序编程技术的有机结合,研究开发出正多边形棱柱零件的数控铣削通用程序,并通过CIMCO仿真软件检验了数控铣削程序的实际使用效果,解决了正多边形棱柱零件的数控铣削编程效率与加工质量问题,对企业实际生产具有参考价值和推广意义。 Group technology solves the benefit problem of producing small batches of multi-species by increasing production flexibility. According to the similarity of regular polygon prismatic parts, through the organic combination of group technology and users' macro program technology, this paper researches and develops a general program of NC milling of regular polygonal prismatic parts, and tests the effect of actual use of NC milling program through CIMCO simulation software, to solve the problems of Programming efficiency and machining quality NC Milling of regular polygon prismatic parts, which has reference value and significance for popularization in practical production.
