双对置二冲程增压柴油机变工况扫气研究

摘要 建立基于avl_boost的对置二冲程柴油机一维仿真模型,应用简化增压器模型分析了目标发动机性能的增压,得到不同转速下的进排气压力边界。在一维计算数据的基础上,建立avl_fire三维模型,在不同转速下进行扫气过程仿真,对比进排气压差对该柴油机扫气的影响。结果表明,高速时,进排气压差对扫气过程的影响较大,而低速时,压力差对扫气的影响较小,压力差过大或过小都会降低扫气效率。 Building 1- dimensional avl_boost simulation model of opposite two- stroke diesel engine,this paper analyzed turbocharging of targeted engine performance by the simplified turbocharger model,and obtained the data of intake and exhaust pressures in different engine speed. We simulated the scavenging process in different engine speed by using avl_fire 3- D model,and explored the influences of differential pressure of intake and exhaust to scavenging. The result indicated that it had great impact on scavenging at high speed,and small effect at low speed.
