摘要
管壳式干式蒸发器与风冷冷凝器是制热和制冷的空气源热泵和风冷冷水机组的常用设备,目前各生产厂家基本都是按经验进行设计计算,缺乏必要的理论计算支持。本文以72k W制冷量的冷水机组用的为例,一步步阐述如何进行管壳式干式蒸发器与风冷冷凝器的理论计算,并在实际应用情况的基础上对理论计算结果进行分析。
The tubular DX evaporator and the air cooling condenser are major components applied in an air source heat pump and an air- cooled chiller. At present,manufacturers do calculations just based on experiences without necessary supports of theoretical calculation. In this article,we give an example of 72 k W air cooling condenser,describing the theoretical calculation process of the tubular DX evaporator and the air cooling condenser and also making an analyses based on industrial application.
